Bought from Amazon 15 months ago and the battery doesn't charge enough to run more than 5 minutes on medium. Wont run 39 seconds on high. Cant get a replacement battery from lubluelu. Any suggestions????

Both that charge time and runtime have increased significantly. The runtime is obviously the most important.
